With these Prime Day discounts, you won't have any regret.
Amazon wants you to begin your Christmas shopping immediately. The e-commerce powerhouse has started its first-ever October Prime Day with so many offers that it will leave you dizzy. I support early Christmas shopping, but I detest experiencing buyer’s regret. And I would hate for someone to purchase anything now just to discover that it will be substantially less expensive when Black Friday sales begin in a few weeks.
So I’ve compiled 15 offers that I think you should purchase right now below. I have been covering discounts for more than enough, and over that time I have developed the ability to see through businesses’ marketing bluster and identify genuine money-saving offers. I’ve also been covering sales for long enough to be aware of potential price reductions.
Here are the offers I believe are safe to purchase right now and won’t decrease in price on Black Friday.
These Prime Day deals won't be cheaper on Black Friday

MacBook Air (256GB/M1)
Was $999 Now $799
There is no way that the price of a MacBook Air M1 will go down on Black Friday. My reasoning is as follows. A similar gadget was available for $749 at Best Buy a few summers ago. Only students could take advantage of this offer, and it went quickly. At the time, not even Amazon would match Best Buy’s prices. The MBA has since since often been offered for $849 or $899. Don’t let your hesitation about purchasing a previous-gen computer prevent you from doing so. As a long-time Apple customer, I can attest to the reliability and durability of Apple products. It also holds its value well, so when the time comes to upgrade, you can trade in your old Mac for credit at the Apple store.
Keurig K-Mini Plus
Was $99 Now $49
There seems to be a Christmas deal on Keurig K-Mini appliances every time one rolls around. It’s one of the finest Keurig coffee makers out there and it’s surprisingly tiny. But there have been just a handful of occasions in the past when the price was this low. Currently, this is a fantastic and risk-free a safe investment.
Amazon Echo Show 5 (2nd gen)
Was $84 Now $34
The Amazon Echo Show 5 is often on sale during the holiday period. However, the price has never been lower than it is right now. This Prime Day offer is sweetened by the inclusion of your pick of either a free Amazon Smart Plug or a set of free GE Smart Bulbs. On Black Friday, I don’t see the Echo Show 5 (or any of these packages) being priced lower than $34.
Ring Video Doorbell Wired w/ Chime
Was $89 Now $69
For just $39, Ring’s most affordable video doorbell is on sale. Better still, the Ring Video Doorbell with Chime is now discounted to $69. Both of them won’t be less expensive on Black Friday, in my opinion. In reality, this is the first time the package has ever been on sale (it never is around the holidays). It has a 1080p camera and two-way communication. This doorbell won’t function with existing chimes, so you’ll need to pick up the chime.
Acer 512 Chromebook
Was $199 Now $79
On Black Friday of last year, Walmart offered the cheapest Chromebook for $87. It sold out so quickly that it was almost difficult to get it in stock. This Acer Chromebook, which costs $79 less, looks to be in plentiful supply on Amazon. Could a $69 or $59 Chromebook be released in November? Maaaaybe. But you won’t be able to locate it in stock for long enough to make a purchase. The 12-inch display, Celeron N4020 CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB eMMC are all included in this model.
KitchenAid Artisan Mini Plus 3.5Qt. Tilt-Head Stand Mixer
Was $379 Now $259
During big holidays, KitchenAid offers are common, but I don’t remember ever seeing one of their Artisan Mixers for less than $259 in price. In contrast, the identical model was reduced to $299 in November of last year, which was unusual at the time. This offer is particularly uncommon in that the reduced price is valid for all models. The least popular colors often get the greatest price reductions. In order to avoid missing out on the “less popular” colors on Black Friday, I advise purchasing this item right away in the color of your choice.
Instant Solo Coffee Maker
Was $102 Now $55
Today’s prices for single-serve coffee makers are at historic lows. The “Solo” appliance from Instant Pot is now on sale for $55, which is the lowest cost ever. I have a sneaking suspicion that this machine will really cost a little bit more on Black Friday. You may use K-Cup pods or your own ground coffee in the machine (with the included reusable pod).
Fire TV Stick 4K
Was $49 Now $24
I don’t see this being much cheaper than it is now, unless Amazon decides to start giving out Fire TV Sticks for free on Black Friday. In fact, it is currently less expensive than it was on July Prime Day. For about $24, it provides 4K resolution, HDR color palettes, and quick navigation.
Roomba j7+
Was $799 Now $599
Will robot vacuums be less expensive on Black Friday? Absolutely! We’ll probably see $99 robot vacuums from brands like Eufy or iLife. Will the top-of-the-line iRobot vacuums fall under $599? Most likely not. Today’s offer is an all-time low price for the j7+ since the device typically sells for around $649 on Black Friday. Thanks to its sophisticated obstacle avoidance technology, this vacuum is among the smartest we’ve ever seen.
Google Pixel 6a
Was $449 Now $329
You’d assume that the Pixel 6a would be on major sale now that the Pixel 7 is arrived. And it is to some degree. However, I don’t anticipate any $299 Pixel 6a deals on Black Friday. The pricing we see today is a new low, and I predict that on Black Friday, it will be on sale for $349 or $399, but coupled with a $50 Amazon gift card or something similar. This offer is for you if you don’t care about the extras and just want to get the best price. In comparison to the Galaxy A53, its closest Android competition, it provides a brighter display and superior performance.
10.9" iPad Air (64GB/2022):
Was $599 Now $519
It has taken MONTHS for the price of the 2022 iPad Air 2022 to reach this price. It has been on sale for the most of the summer for $559 ($40 off), but no store has ever offered it for $519, nor do I anticipate any doing so on Black Friday. The 2020 model is likely to cost $479 or less at Amazon, Walmart, or Best Buy. The Apple M1 processor, which has an 8-core CPU and up to 60% quicker performance than the iPad Air’s predecessor. A 12MP ultra-wide front camera with Center Stage is among the new features. The tablet has a 12.MP wide-angle (rear) camera, USB-C charging, a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display (2360 x 1640), and compatibility for Magic Keyboard.
Ooni Fyra 12
Was $359 Now $279
Rarely does the Fyra 12 go on sale. Only this past Memorial Day and Black Friday 2021 do I remember seeing it on sale throughout the previous several years. It was on sale for $279 both times. I don’t think it will sell for less than $279 if it goes on sale again next month. The 22-pound weight makes it ideal for camping vacations and the outdoors, and we ranked it as one of the finest outdoor pizza ovens you can purchase.
Asus Chromebook Flip C434 2-In-1
Was $504 Now $329
With ample functionality, the Flip C434 is a fantastic Chromebook that you can use as your primary laptop. Because of this, it almost never falls below $349. It’s now $329, so I doubt it will go for less throughout the holidays. It has a sleek, all-metal design with a 14-inch 1080p touchscreen, Core M3-8100Y CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage.
LG A1 48" 4K OLED TV
Was $1,199 Now $646
I’m taking a risk by saying this. I’ve been discussing the declining cost of OLEDs for months. But I don’t believe THIS model will go any lower than $646. (For what it’s worth, this model has seen the largest price reductions.) Retailers will likely get more aggressive for Black Friday and start promoting more 55-inch OLED TVs for under $999. They’ll also concentrate on more recent models, like as the $976 LG B2 55-inch OLED (2022). I really hope that this A1 OLED price decreases below $599, but for the time being, it’s just a pipe dream.
Apple Watch 8 (41mm/GPS)
was $399 Now $349
Despite my desire to believe that the Series 8 would be offered at a lower price, I need a new Apple Watch, and I believe that this is the best value available. The price of the then-recently introduced Apple Watch 7 reached $379 (GPS/41mm) throughout the Christmas season in 2017. The Series 8 won’t be any cheaper than this, in my opinion. Instead, retailers may promote the Apple Watch SE (2020), which I predict will cost less than $189 and replace the Apple Watch 3 as the “new” model. The 45mm version is further discounted to $379 ($50 off).
